Teaching Course:

       General Chemistry (in English)

Research Interests:

Characterize the intrinsic structures and properties of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with various spectroscopic methods including absorption, Raman, and fluorescence spectroscopies. Investigate the electronic properties and band structures of SWNTs by the combination of spectroscopic methods and theoretical calculations. Research focuses on:

1. Spectroscopic investigations of individual SWNTs;

2. Spectroscopic investigations of the interactions between SWNTs and other molecules;

3. Development of new spectroscopic methods for carbon nanotube characterziation.
