       中国化学会胶体与界面化学专业委员会副主任;英国皇家化学会会士;国际期刊《RSC Applied Interfaces》副主编;国际期刊《Lamgmuir》顾问编委;国内期刊《日用化学工业》主编。

      1987年在北京大学化学系获理学学士学位。1993年在北京大学化学系获理学博士学位。1993年6月至1995年5月在北京大学物理化学研究所进行博士后研究工作。现从事表面活性剂溶液及界面性质的研究,已在国内外核心期刊上发表论文250余篇(总被引:7233;他引:6296;H因子:49)。 1998年,2011年和2017年获北京大学科研个人奖。 2001年和2005年两获中国优秀博士后奖。2003年北京大学教学优秀奖。 2004年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助 (20425310) ,多次承担国家自然科学基金委重大、重点和面上项目。 2005年作为物理化学团队主要人员获得北京大学教学优秀团队一等奖。2017年获北京大学杨芙清-王阳元院士教师奖。2018年获中国化学会第二届中国软物质研究杰出贡献奖。2009年起,担任北京大学女子排球队主教练,球队已获得12次北京市高校女排冠军。

  科研工作:
 

现从事表面活性剂溶液及界面物理化学性质的研究。在表面活性剂物理化学,特别是溶液中两亲分子有序组合体的形成、结构与功能方面开展了深入的工作。
