研究兴趣:
PET影像开辟了在分子层面上进行疾病诊断的新思路,它是精准医疗的排头兵。 近来,PET分子影像已成为了我国各大医院的常规检查项目,市场份额在2015年超过了100亿元。与X射线、CT及MRI等传统临床影像不同, PET影像的诊断效果依赖于放射性标记的分子探针。但是,由于放射化学的特殊性以及多学科融合的复杂性,我国在PET分子探针上的基础研究还相对落后,与国际先进水平差距巨大。即使是国内顶尖的医疗机构,也不得不从国外引进PET探针,辅助国内的临床研究。回国之后,我们计划在北大化院、北大-清华生命联合中心以及周边医学院所的支持下,搭建起我国第一个立足基础研究的PET分子影像平台,填补国内空白,切实推动我国精准医疗事业的发展。
主要的研究方向如下:
1. 以B-F键为基础的18F通用标记法
2. 以三氟化硼(-BF3-)与羧酸根(-COO-)的相似性为基础的化学生物学研究
3. 以炎症特异性的放射性探针为基础,采用PET影像支持临床中癌症与炎症的鉴别
4. 以硼中子捕获治疗(BNCT)为基础的癌症诊疗一体化平台
