Miaomiao was born and raised in Pingliang, GanSu (甘肃平凉市). She earned her master degree at Xiamen University with Prof. Yunbao Jiang in 2021. There she worked on host-guest chemistry of anions. Miaomiao then moved to Beijing and joined the Liu Group as a research assistant. Her current interest includes hydrogen bond donor-catalyzed polymerization for the synthesis of poly(disulfide)s. In her free time, Miaomiao enjoys cooking, photography, running, and watching reality TV shows.
