a-Alkynyl indoles were efficiently synthesized in one pot from o-bromo- (2,2-dibromovinyl)benzenes, terminal alkynes, and arylamines via a palladium-catalyzed three-component coupling process.
We are recently working on the preparation and synthetic applications of polyhalo compounds, expecting cooperative effect among those polyfunctional groups.
 
背景介绍:
本研究室开展了双金属有机试剂研究作为双金属有机试剂研究的基础,我们建立了一些合成多官能团有机化合物如多卤和多硼化合物的方法。为了进一步拓展这些多卤和多硼化合物在有机合成中的应用,发现多官能团在反应中的协同效应,我们开展了过渡金属催化的交叉偶联反应研究。本论文是相关工作之一。
