1-Lithio-1,3-dienes as Useful Building Blocks in Organic Synthesis

  Both intermolecular reactivities towards C-O and C-N unsaturated substrates and intramolecular reactions of various 1-lithio-1,3-dienes are briefly summarized. Results reveal that intramolecular synergy between the alkenyllithium moiety and the butadienyl skeleton make 1-lithio-1,3-diene derivatives useful and unique as building blocks in organic synthesis. It is demonstrated that substitution patterns and the nature of the substituents on the butadienyl skeleton have remarkable effects on reaction pathways.

  本文简要综述了有关1-锂-1,3-丁二烯衍生物反应的最新进展。就1-锂-1,3-丁二烯衍生物而言,至少有三个反应位点:1)烯基锂部分,2)1,3-丁二烯骨架,3)X取代基。我们发现,1-锂-1,3-丁二烯衍生物能够发生许多不同于普通有机锂试剂的反应,能与不饱和C-O和C-N化合物发生分子间和分子内的反应,这些特殊反应性能主要是由于碳-锂键和丁二烯共轭骨架之间的“协同效应”以及丁二烯共轭骨架上的取代基所致。
