2000 北京大学化学与分子工程学院,获理学学士。
 
 研究兴趣:  
        以气相法为手段制备无机纳米材料,特别是低维纳米材料,及对其物理、化学特性的研究。通过有目的的设计来控制产物的组成结构、形貌、尺寸等,并着重于其电学性能的测试,力图制备出适用于纳电子器件的非碳一维无机纳米材料。对薄膜的制备也怀有相当兴趣。
