Three X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) instruments, including two conventional high-vacuum XPS systems (Kratos AXIS Supra and AXIS Ultra) and one near-ambient pressure XPS (NAP-XPS) system, a custom-designed instrument from SPECS.
Basicfunctionsincludesurface elemental composition analysis, chemical state and structural analysis, valence band analysis, angle-resolved XPS (ARXPS), surface chemical imaging, nanoscale depth profiling.
Advanced testing capabilities such as surface cleaning, sensitive sample analysis, high-temperature and high-pressure pre-treatment, in-situ heating/cooling, in-situ illumination, and in-situ catalytic reaction studies.
