Research Interests
Structure and interactions of nucleic acids based on mass spectrometry
Native mass spectrometry combining ion mobility and ambient ion source
Metabolomics and proteomics research based on sample pretreatment techniques
Facilities
Managing mass spectrometry lab in the Center, including 9 mass spectrometers such as FTICR-MS (Bruker solariX XR), Orbitrap Tribrid LC-MS (Thermo Fusion Lumos), Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap GC-MS (Thermo Q Exactive GC), Quadrupole-TOF LC-MS (Waters Vion), MALDI-TOF (Sciex 5800), Triple Quadrupole LC-MS (Sciex 5500), etc., equipped with ESI, APCI, EI, MALDI, DART ion sources and FTICR, Orbitrap, TOF, quadrupole, ion mobility analyzers, which can support qualitative and quantitative analysis of small and large molecules, proteomics, metabolomics, structure analysis, in situ analysis, mass spectrometry imaging, native mass spectrometry and other applications.
