Research Interests

  1. Rare earth & noble metal nanocatalysis for energy conversion and environmental protection;

  2. Controllable synthesis and assembly chemistry of inorganic nanocatalysts with well-defined surface and interface structures;

  3. Probe catalytic reaction, small molecule activation, and molecular reaction kinetics combining experimentation and theoretical modelling;

  4. Principles of screening and optimization for high-performance heterogeneous nanocatalysts.
