Frontiers of Nanochemistry-2015

WELCOME ADDRESS FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Dear friends and colleagues,

It gives us immense pleasure to host the Frontiers of Nanochemistry-2015 (FNC-2015) at Peking University in Beijing, China on June 5-8, 2015. On behalf of the organizing committee of FNC-2015, it is my great honor to cordially invite you to participate in this vibrant scientific and technicalevent.

The series of FNC conferencesaim at bringing together the worldwide scientistsworking in the field of nanochemistry in a multi-disciplinary environment, and exchanging ideas on the exploration of carbon-based nanomaterials and other novel two-dimensional layered crystals beyond graphene. One of our plenary speakers in FNC-2013 was Prof. Charles M. Lieber (Harvard University, USA). Following the overwhelming success of the last three editions of FNC in 2011, 2012 and 2013, FNC-2015 will definitely stimulate intellectual interactions amongst participants to discuss the latest scientific and industrial developments of nanochemistry and nanotechnology, featured by the high-level keynote sessions, a poster session as well as a round-table discussion session. A tutorial session and a graduate student forum will also be incorporated in this year’s conference.

We look forward to welcoming you to Beijing in June, 2015 and believe that you will have a very special and rewarding journey.
