研究兴趣
利用化学气相沉积、SPM纳米结构加工以及化学组装等手段,发展面向未来器件的新结构和新材料,强调一维材料的控制性生长和结构调控。目前的研究课题有:1)单壁碳纳米管的化学气相沉积生长机制和结构调控;2)单壁碳纳米管的机械形变、拉曼光谱和物性研究。
