Welcome to PENG CHEN Lab! We are a group of chemical biologists working on Protein CHemistry and ENgineering (P. CHEN).

We develop and apply bioorthogonal cleavage chemistry to study protein functions and protein-protein interactions in living systems. We also exploit the therapeutic potential of these novel reactions.
